    In our first month we customize a plan that works for you. We meet several times so we can:

    • Get to know you, your habits, preferences and routines.
    • Discuss your past lifestyle history and your goals.
    • Identify triggers that drive you to eat.
    • Go to the grocery store together to learn which foods you like and dislike, recommend great alternatives, point out tips for evaluating food labels and making diet-friendly choices.
    • Learn the art of "dining out" while losing weight and develop strategies for the times you are not in control of your menu choices.
    • Focus on ways to increase your physical activity.


    At the end of this analysis we will develop a plan that provides recipe ideas, motivational techniques and helpful tips to make losing weight easier for you.
