    Barbecued Chicken Breasts

    16 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts, about 4 - 5 ounces each
    1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
    about 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

    1. Preheat the grill or broiler.
    2. Rub the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning and brush with barbecue sauce.
    3. Grill or broil for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, depending on thickness. Baste with extra barbecue sauce as needed.
