Diet Holiday Egg Nog #2
1 cup of ICE COLD skimmed milk
1/4 teaspoon of rum extract (add or decrease to your personal taste) Dash or two of ground cinnamon Dash of ground nutmeg (only a dash will do) SPLENDA or Nutrasweet (you decide how sweet) Pour ice cold milk into a cold jar or container that has a lid. Seal and shake vigorously for about fifteen seconds. Note that all your "shaking about" will contribute to a few calories burned, so you're not only making a delicious holiday nog, but you're burning extra calories as well. Open jar and sprinkle in remaining ingredients. Reseal and shake about ten second or so. Pour into a tall holiday glass and sprinkle with JUST AN ADDITIONAL DASH of nutmeg. If you desire a more festive presentation, add a dollop of LIGHT whipped topping, then sprinkle with the nutmeg. It's so pretty that it will make you cry. |
