Consulting Getting Started
Client Testimonials
I've been working with Judy for about 1.5 months now and I can tell you that her program works! I did want to lose a few pounds, but my primary goal was to improve my overall health by eating better food and exercising. Before working with her I ate a lot of ding dongs and rarely exercised. I've really learned a lot about calories, food labels, exercising and surprisingly - MYSELF!! I don't think I'll ever be the posterchild for nutrition, but I feel so much better about myself both physically and mentally. I honestly don't think I would have changed without her help.

My life has changed since Judy Weiztmann has been my diet coach, and I love the changes!
In five months I’ve lost 30 pounds. My clothes size has changed from a crammed size 12/14 to a comfortable size 8. My whole adult life I’ve had trouble with overeating, embarrassing weight gains, and an obsessive need for food as my comfort valve.
This weight loss has resulted in so many positives – I am more confident in business meetings -- less focused on myself and any negative reflection I have on my company due to my size, and more interested in the client.
I’m having such fun with new clothes because I can wear styles and colors I ruled out before. For example, I just went on a Caribbean cruise with my Honey. For the first time I felt just fine in a bathing suit. When I shopped for the formal dress I needed, I tried on lovely styles and had a ton of beautiful choices.
Our photos from the trip show a happy, confident, attractive me, and I treasure them. Compared to the past, this is refreshing, because I used to throw away most pictures of myself and sometimes my trip photographs have no sign of me!
With Judy I learned to change my eating habits. I never saw our work together as a diet; instead, I approach food completely differently now. With her guidelines, resources, tips, and daily encouragement, I gained the tools I needed to steadily lose weight and still love food. This effort did not disrupt the routines of my life. I could fit it in naturally. I learned to travel, eat out, do business lunches, go to parties and maintain my whacky schedule and STILL loose weight. In fact, while I was loosing this 30 pounds, I celebrated Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, my birthday and the cruise. Best of all, I’ve learned how to sustain this new life style on my own.
I’m so relieved! What a happy change!

Now that I have been without your services for a month or so, I've had a chance to reflect on the work you did with me to clean up my eating act. I truly believe that you made a big, positive, impact on my eating habits in a relatively short period of time. I have come to think of your program as one that teaches eating awareness, not food deprivation.
Like a lot of people, I always thought I had a pretty good "general idea" of how many calories were in most of the foods I consumed, and (that with the exception of chocolate, which as you know, is a pretty huge exception), I was in the ball park (as always, a sports metaphor) of where I should be calorie-wise. However, because I never tested my "actual" calories against my "assumed" calories (because I was too lazy to take the time to look up the foods), you were able to provide me with a healthy dose of reality by doing the math for me on a daily basis. I learned that by making small adjustments, I could continue to enjoy foods that I liked, thereby avoiding the dreaded eating splurge.
You were always patient, never chided, and gave me the confidence to know that when I stray from good habits, it is just as easy to get back to them, as it is to continue down the road to rack and ruin. (I have no idea where the phrase "rack and ruin" comes from; however, in this context, it brings to mind clothing racks, and larger and larger sizes!)
I can truthfully tell you that the other night, I dreamed about going to the store to buy celery - and - it was truly a dream, not a nightmare!
Finally, I saw you on FOX news last night, and I salute you on your work with young people to get their eating habits well-groomed as they head off to college. Good luck with your campaign!
Thanks for making food a friend and not a foe!

There was an article in the Chicago Tribune about, Judy Weitzman, who is running a very successful, truly unique, weight loss business.
Judy is a Weight Loss coach. She isn't about pills, pre-packaged meals or surgery. She IS about creating a customized, healthy eating and exercise plan for individuals and through her daily phone calls and e-mails, making individuals accountable for their choices. The accountability piece is what is missing in so many weight loss programs and plans. But what makes Judy's approach so successful is Judy herself. This is why you have to meet her! She has all the right "ingredients" to make her fantastic at her job. Yes, she is beautiful and thin! But, she wasn't always this way. She struggled with her weight when she was younger until she learned how to eat which is what she teaches now. She also has twenty plus years experience in the weight loss industry and was mentored by Jenny Craig! In addition to her expertise about what works and what doesn't when it comes to losing weight, she is extremely reliable ( she has never missed ONE call with Ila....she will find you!), creative, positive, resourceful and supportive. Her persistence and passion make it very hard for someone to fail! She will keep you motivated through the entire process of losing weight and you'll laugh a lot too.
She has a website (www.motiationplusllc.com ) and printed materials.
People enjoy the privacy aspect too. Most of us could do without standing in a line to be weighed (and humiliated) at a Weight Watchers Meeting. Her clients include women, men and teenagers. She truly enjoys working with adolescents. To me she has been a godsend. She is so reliable and trustworthy, that she has allowed me to not be involved with this activity. This is so important because, honestly, I'm not a good role model for Ila regarding this issue. I have struggled and continue to struggle with my own weight. This is Ila's success and her work. When Hillary Clinton said, "It takes a village to raise a child," she was right. Judy is part of my village and she has developed a close, but professional, bond with Ila. And for me to know that I have given Ila a tool so that she doesn't have to end up like me...is very powerful and meaningful. Lastly, Judy reminds us all that going after your hearts desire, taking a risk and doing something that you really love, is possible for all of us.
